1 General Terms & Conditions

17hba (hereinafter referred to as the "Platform" or "we") is an internationally licensed online gaming platform operated specifically for players in Bangladesh. These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you and 17hba.

By registering, logging in, or using the platform in any way, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to abide by these Terms and Conditions. If you disagree with any part of these terms, please discontinue use of the platform.

• These Terms and Conditions apply in both Bengali and English; in the event of any conflict, the English version shall prevail.
• 17hba reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time.

• Continued use of the platform after any changes have been made will be considered acceptance of the updated terms.

2 Account Registration & Eligibility

The following requirements must be met to register an account with 17hba. Compliance with each condition is mandatory. Accounts registered with incomplete or false information may be terminated at any time, and any associated balance may be forfeited.

• Applicants must be 18 years of age or older.
• Each person may hold only one account; multiple accounts are not permitted.
• The name, address, and ID details provided at registration must be accurate and up to date.
• A copy of your national ID or passport may be required for KYC verification.
• You are responsible for keeping your account login credentials strictly confidential and not sharing them with any third party.
• Any unauthorized account access must be reported to 17hba customer support immediately.

3 Deposit & Payment Policy

17hba currently supports deposits via Mobile Banking, Nagad, and Rocket. Deposits are generally credited to your account instantly. All transactions are secured with SSL encryption.

• The minimum deposit amount is BDT 300 (three hundred taka).
• Only payment accounts registered in your own name may be used for deposits.
• Deposits from third-party payment accounts will not be accepted and will be refunded.
• For any technical issues with payment processing, please contact customer support.
• 17hba does not charge any additional fees on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own charges.
• 17hba may request additional verification for any transactions deemed suspicious.

4 Withdrawal Policy

Your account must be fully verified before a withdrawal can be processed. Withdrawals are generally processed within 2–4 business hours, though delays may occur depending on the bank or payment provider.

• The minimum withdrawal amount is BDT 500 (five hundred taka).
• Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the original deposit.
• Wagering requirements must be met before withdrawing from your bonus balance.
• Daily withdrawal limits may apply; contact support for details.
• Large withdrawals may be held pending completion of KYC verification.
• Withdrawals may be suspended if money laundering is suspected or if required by law.

5 Bonus & Promotion Terms

17hba regularly offers welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, and cashback promotions. Each bonus comes with specific terms that must be reviewed before activation.

• The welcome bonus is available to new members only and can be claimed once on the first deposit.
• The required wagering turnover must be completed before any bonus balance can be withdrawn.
• You generally have 30 days to meet the wagering requirements.
• Bonus bets may not count or may count only partially toward wagering requirements in certain games; see the bonus page for details.
• Attempting to claim the same bonus more than once may result in account termination.
• 17hba reserves the right to modify or cancel any promotion at any time.
• Bonus abuse may result in the full forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.

6 Gaming Rules

All games on the 17hba platform are powered by internationally certified RNG (Random Number Generator) technology. Every game outcome is entirely random and impartial.

• Each game has its own rules; please read the game-specific rules before playing.
• If a game result is voided due to a technical error, the stake will be refunded.
• If your internet connection is lost, the outcome of any active bets will be saved on our servers.
• In Live Casino games, the dealer's decision is final; any disputes must be raised after the round is complete.
• Any winnings obtained by exploiting software bugs or glitches will be considered void.
• If a Sports Betting event is cancelled or postponed, bets will be settled in accordance with our policy.

7 Prohibited Activities

17hba is committed to maintaining a safe and fair gaming environment. The following activities are strictly prohibited and will result in permanent account closure.

• Opening multiple accounts or using another person's account.
• Placing bets using bots, scripts, or any automated software.
• Exploiting the bonus system or engaging in bonus arbitrage activities.
• Conducting transactions involving money laundering or illicit funds.
• Cheating or colluding with other users.
• Attempting to breach or circumvent the platform's security systems.
• Operating an account using a false or misleading identity.

8 Account Closure & Suspension

17hba reserves the right to temporarily or permanently close any account under the circumstances listed below. We will endeavour to provide as much notice as possible before doing so.

• In the event of a breach of Terms & Conditions.
• If KYC verification fails or false information has been provided.
• Account has been inactive for an extended period (more than 12 months).
• At the user's own request (self-exclusion).
• For legal or regulatory reasons.

Users may also request account closure at any time. Any real-money balance (excluding bonuses) will be returned, subject to wagering requirements being met.

9 Privacy & Data Protection

17hba takes the protection of your personal information extremely seriously. We do not sell or share your data with third parties under any circumstances, except where required by law.

• Session Timer: set a time limit for each gaming session.

11 Limitation of Liability

• Force majeure events such as natural disasters or cyberattacks.
• If login credentials are compromised due to the user's own negligence.
• During scheduled maintenance or necessary system upgrades, services may be temporarily unavailable.

12 Changes to Terms & Effectivity

17hba reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions, in part or in full, at any time. Users will be notified of any changes via their registered email or through an in-platform notification in advance.

• Updated terms take effect from the date they are published.
• Continued use of the platform following any changes will be deemed acceptance of the new terms.
• For any disputes or complaints, please contact customer support in the first instance.
• If any part of these Terms and Conditions is found to be legally unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
